What is Ad Hoc IT Support?
Ad-hoc IT Support is a pay as you go technical support service that is charged in 15-minute increments at a set hourly rate. All new and existing IT support requests are tracked in our customer helpdesk system, including the time spent on each support request.
How do we charge for the service?
All Ad-hoc IT support clients are invoiced once a month for any “Time and materials” charges. At the end of every month, you will receive an invoice that contains a breakdown of your support requests, including a ticket reference number and the time spent on each ticket.
There is no service retainer charge, just a one-time fee for your initial client on-boarding site visit that is completed when you first sign up for Ad-hoc IT support.
