1st Line IT Helpdesk Support Engineer.
We have a new and exciting opportunity for an ambitious 1st Line Support Engineer to join our hard working and friendly team at our Head Office in Highams Park, East London. If you’re a recent graduate, or someone that has a keen interested in Computers and Technology and you’d like to step-up and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment, then we encourage you to apply for this role. Full training and development will be given.
Your key responsibilities are as follows:
Provide our clients with 1st / 2nd line support to our via telephone and remote access.
Log new and update existing support tickets in our new online ticketing system
Visit sites to support users in person when required
Support our clients in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary guidance and advice
Provide day-to-day support for 3rd Party Applications ( such as Microsoft Office/365 etc.) and bespoke 1st party in-house applications
Provide day-to-day support for Cloud-based services (such as Office 365, Sage, Adobe etc.)
Conduct basic Active Directory Administration
Troubleshoot hardware issues on PCs, Apple Macs and Peripherals
A basic working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems from Windows 7 onwards will be an advantage
You need a basic understanding of current leading technologies and terminology
A basic understanding of networking would also be an advantage
A ‘Hands on’ approach and a willingness to learn and progress is essential

Your Working Hours.
This role is suitable for someone that likes to make an early start. Your working hours are from 07:00 am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday. There will also be plenty of overtime opportunities moving forward.
